I purchased $7 worth of coins and was unable to play even one game. The game got to the 3rd or 4th introductory screen and froze every single time. Responses from them were standard and not helpful, but I loaded another game with no problems whatsoever just to make sure it wasn't my phone. Hopefully, you'll have better luck.
